The NOTICE is hereby given to Members who are Entitled to Vote (MEV) that Virtual General Assembly Meeting via Zoom/FB Live and Online Election via Google Form will be held on May 21, 2022 (Saturday), 6:00 pm onwards.
The agenda for this coming Annual General Assembly are as follows:
1. Online Election for Board of Directors
2. Presentation and Approval of Annual Reports
• Secretary’s Reports
• Treasurer’s Report
• Committees Report
3. Presentation and Approval of General Manager’s Report
• Audited Financial Statement for the year 2021
• Annual Operational Budget for 2022
• Strategic Plans for 2022-2023
4. Presentation and Approval of Amendments in Election Code and By-Laws
a. Article III, V Section 3 and Article IX – By Laws
b. Articles IV Section 12 and VI to IX – Election Code
4. Open Forum
5. Virtual Announcement of Elected Officers.
Please be informed that only MEMBERS ENTITLED to VOTE (MEV) as of March 31, 2022
shall receive the official YECC Polo Shirt. While the P300.00 load allowance and P500.00 food allowance shall be given after the successful participation in the 2022 Virtual General Assembly and Online Election.
In relation to the upcoming Election, we are once again requesting for your active gmail address and full name for verification purposes and kindly send the details to yecc@yakultcooperative.com not later than March 31, 2022.
